World of Mirth Shows
Advertised as the “Largest Midway on Earth” the showcase features a HO scale model of the midway typically found in the late 1940s to early 50’s and a loaded HO scale model of this railroad traveling show ready to move to its next town. Posters and other artifacts to help to bring back the memory of this past traveling carnival which ran from 1938 to 1961.

Clyde Beatty Cole Bros. Circus
The showcase presents a complete circus day in HO scale railroad traveling show of the early 1950’s. You will observe the railyard to the lot and circus parade. Posters, programs, photos and other artifacts to help to bring back the memory of this past Circus.
Companion for the showcase is the book Circus A Pictorial History of the Clyde Beatty Cole Bros. Circus by Bob Goldsack. Available in the concession stand online or the concession stand at the museum.
